10th World Conference on Integrative Medicine · December 11–13, 2026 · Silicon Valley, USA
Effective for 2026 registrations from October 1, 2026. Policy version: 2026-approved-v1. All published payment amounts are in USD; no tax will be collected.
Registration and payment
These terms cover U.S. attendance at the WFIH Global 10th World Conference on Integrative Medicine, December 11–13, 2026, in Silicon Valley, California. They do not cover the China conference, travel, accommodation, membership, academic submission fees, or sponsorship agreements. University of East-West Medicine processes conference payments through its Stripe account. Checkout displays the ticket category, currency and total before payment. No tax will be collected. Your bank may impose its own currency conversion charges. Registration becomes Paid only after WFIH receives and verifies Stripe payment confirmation. A return-page message alone does not confirm payment. Keep your registration reference and contact connect@uewm.edu for assistance.
Ticket eligibility and inclusions
Member, student, UEWM, faculty, PD student and volunteer rates require eligibility confirmation by WFIH. Misclassified registrations will be reviewed; no additional amount will be charged without the registrant’s agreement. Only the inclusions expressly stated for the selected 2026 ticket are promised. Previous-year meals, workshops, tours, certificates, continuing education credits and photography arrangements do not automatically apply to 2026. All special promotions require approval and cannot be combined unless the published offer expressly permits it.
Attendee cancellation and refunds
Send cancellation requests from the registration email to connect@uewm.edu with the reference. Requests received by November 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. America/Los_Angeles time qualify for a refund less a USD 50 administration fee, capped at the amount paid. From November 26, 2026, attendee cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable, subject to the visa exception below and applicable rights. WFIH will review requests within 10 business days; bank posting times vary. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Duplicate successful charges for the same registration will be investigated and an erroneous duplicate refunded without an administration fee. Canceling an unpaid Checkout Session creates no paid entitlement or refund.
Visa refusal and existing commitments
With proof of visa refusal, the ticket amount is refundable less a USD 100 administration fee, capped at the amount paid, with no extra processing fee. No additional cutoff applies to this exception. Cancellation after visa approval is non-refundable unless a more favorable written commitment applies. Any commitment already made to a registrant is preserved. No invitation or visa approval is guaranteed.
Transfers and substitutions
One named-attendee substitution may be requested by December 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. America/Los_Angeles time, at no transfer fee. Both people must confirm the change through connect@uewm.edu, and the replacement must qualify for the ticket rate. Any price difference must be disclosed and agreed before collection. WFIH confirms the amended registration in writing; tickets may not be resold or transferred by sharing a checkout or confirmation link. After the deadline, requests require staff review.
Event cancellation postponement and changes
If WFIH cancels the U.S. conference, refund the conference ticket amount in full to the original payment method without an administration fee. If WFIH postpones the event or materially changes its location or attendance format, offer either transfer to the revised event or a full ticket refund requested within 14 calendar days of the notice. Speaker or session substitutions alone do not trigger an automatic refund. WFIH will communicate material changes using the registration email and official website. WFIH does not reimburse independently arranged travel or accommodation. Applicable legal rights and any more favorable written commitments remain unaffected.
Sponsorship and advertising
Published levels are Platinum USD 60,000+, Gold USD 30,000, Silver USD 6,000 and Bronze USD 1,600. Sponsorship and standalone advertising require a written agreement confirming availability, exact amount, deliverables, deadlines and cancellation or postponement treatment before payment. Platinum has no automatic fixed checkout amount; advertising has no published fixed price. An attendee refund policy does not override a sponsorship agreement. Sponsorship does not imply medical endorsement, clinical validation, exclusivity, a speaking slot, or co-organizer status unless explicitly agreed. Support: connect@uewm.edu.
Registration privacy
University of East-West Medicine operates the WFIH Global registration service. We collect full name, email, country or region, selected category and eligibility information needed to administer the registration; phone and organization are optional. We store the registration reference, payment amount and currency, Stripe session reference, payment status, policy acknowledgement, and confirmation delivery status. Stripe collects card and payment details on its hosted checkout; WFIH WordPress does not collect or store full card details. Authorized conference staff use registration information to administer attendance, verify eligibility, communicate event changes, prevent abuse and reconcile payments. Necessary service providers include Stripe for payments, Google/Gmail for transactional email, Google Drive for backups managed through UpdraftPlus, and the website hosting services used by UEWM. We do not provide attendee lists to sponsors for marketing without separate opt-in. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Requests to access or correct registration information, or request deletion subject to accounting, dispute and legal requirements, go to connect@uewm.edu. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries used by service providers. Essential security and language cookies may be used; the site’s cookie notice applies. Event recording and academic copyright permissions require separate notices and consent where applicable; registration is not a blanket copyright assignment. Sponsorship requests separately collect sponsor organization, contact name, email, selected package, agreement reference, and payment status; the same security, support, and privacy principles apply.
Privacy retention
Unneeded operational attendee data is deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the conference. Only required accounting, payment, policy acceptance, and dispute records are retained under UEWM’s approved accounting and legal retention requirements. Backups follow the approved backup schedule; restored data remains subject to the same deletion process. Contact connect@uewm.edu for privacy requests. Do not send passport, banking, identity verification, medical information, or raw card data through the registration form or support email.
