Advertising opportunities
Advertising may be combined with a sponsorship package or arranged as a standalone placement. Available formats may include conference website placements, program-book advertising, on-site signage, and selected digital communications, subject to inventory and production deadlines.

All sponsorship opportunities are subject to written agreement, availability, and WFIH Global approval. Sponsorship does not imply medical endorsement, clinical validation, or exclusivity unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Written agreement and payment
Request your selected package using the form below. We will confirm availability, deliverables, deadlines, cancellation terms, and the exact amount in writing. Platinum starts at USD 60,000; its final amount is negotiated. After agreement confirmation, WFIH provides a secure Stripe Checkout link associated with your organization, package, and agreement reference. No tax will be collected.
Sponsorship payment does not automatically create attendee tickets. Any included attendance is governed by the written agreement and handled through the attendee registration process. For standalone advertising, request a written quotation through connect@uewm.edu.
